WHAT WE DID

Shakara Digital developed a social media-led, culturally resonant campaign leveraging trends, youth behavior, and online conversation dynamics: Campaign Ideation & Creative Development Crafted Valentine’s-themed content that was playful, slightly controversial, and shareable, designed to capture attention on Twitter and Instagram. Developed the campaign messaging framework and visual collaterals to ensure consistency across platforms. Social Media Activation Launched the campaign via official Wema Bank Twitter and Instagram accounts, strategically timed to coincide with Valentine’s momentum. Employed a hashtag-driven approach with #WithYouAllTheWay to unify conversation and amplify reach. Engagement Strategy Created content optimized for organic virality, designed to provoke interaction, discussion, and peer sharing. Monitored and engaged with trending conversation to maintain campaign momentum and capitalize on online chatter. Trend & Competitive Leverage Leveraged the natural culture of banters and shade among brands, prompting other banks to participate, expanding reach and reinforcing Wema Bank’s relevance in youth-centric digital conversations.
